Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Soul Lag, we want your experience to be simple, transparent, and fair. This policy explains how you can cancel your subscription, request a refund, and understand how your refundable amount is calculated.
Key Summary
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refund requests are accepted within 15 days for Monthly plans and within 6 months for Yearly plans. The refund is calculated based on the higher percentage of subscription time elapsed or credits consumed. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
1. Subscription Plans
Soul Lag offers the following subscription plans:

2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard.
Cancellation stops future renewals. You can choose to cancel renewal only (retaining access until the end of your prepaid period) or cancel with a refund if your request falls within the eligible refund window.
To receive a refund, your cancellation must be submitted within 15 days of subscription for Monthly plans, or within 6 months of subscription for Yearly plans.
3. Refund Eligibility
Monthly Plan Window
Refund requests are accepted within 15 calendar days of the subscription start date. After 15 days: No refund.
Yearly Plan Window
Refund requests are accepted within the first 6 months (182 days) of subscription, calculated against the 365-day annual period. After 6 months: No refund.
Since subscriptions provide both active duration and AI credits, the refundable amount is calculated by comparing:
- Time Consumed %: Days elapsed ÷ Total subscription duration (30 days for Monthly, 365 days for Yearly).
- Credits Consumed %: Credits used ÷ Total plan credits (500/1,000 for Monthly, 6,000/12,000 for Yearly).
The higher of these two percentages determines the portion retained by Soul Lag, and the remaining balance is refunded to you.
4. How the Refund Is Calculated

After 15 days on a Monthly plan or after 6 months on a Yearly plan, subscriptions become non-refundable.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Cancel your subscription through your account dashboard (Subscription tab).
- Submit your refund request within 15 days of subscription for Monthly plans, or within 6 months for Yearly plans.
- Include your registered email address, subscription plan, payment date, and transaction reference if contacting support.
- Our automated system or support team will calculate the refundable amount according to the higher consumption formula.

Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or other payment provider.
Refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method, wherever supported.
